Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
